These terms apply to your use of the Bhraman website. They sit alongside any quotation, itinerary, booking conditions, payment terms and supplier conditions that apply when you purchase travel, event, touring, chauffeur or related services through Bhraman.

A specific booking is governed by the terms confirmed to you for that booking. If there is any difference between general information on this website and the terms supplied with a quotation or booking, the booking-specific terms will take priority for that transaction.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful personal or business travel enquiries and for learning about Bhraman's services. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation, scrape content at scale, or use our material in a misleading or unlawful way.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, content updates or changes to our services.

Enquiries, quotations and bookings

Website content is intended to help you explore Bhraman's services. It does not by itself create a booking or constitute a binding offer. Prices, examples and suggested itineraries may be illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

A booking is confirmed only when the relevant service, availability, price, payment requirements and applicable conditions have been agreed and any required payment has been received or otherwise accepted in accordance with the booking terms.

Third-party suppliers

Many travel and event services are supplied or operated by independent third parties, including hotels, airlines, rail operators, attractions, guides, venues, transport providers, ground handlers and specialist touring partners. Their own terms, conditions, rules and restrictions may apply in addition to Bhraman's booking terms.

Where Bhraman acts as an agent or intermediary for a supplier, the supplier remains responsible for operating the service it provides, subject to applicable law and the contractual arrangements for the booking.

Prices, availability and payment

Travel prices and availability can change quickly. Unless a quotation states otherwise, availability is not guaranteed until the relevant service has been confirmed. Currency movements, taxes, supplier charges and changes requested by the traveller may affect the final price.

Payment deadlines and accepted payment methods will be confirmed with the relevant quotation or booking. Some products are advance-purchase, non-refundable or subject to supplier-imposed change or cancellation charges.

Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that names and personal details supplied for a booking are accurate and that they hold the passports, visas, permits, insurance and other documents required for their journey.

Entry, health, security and travel requirements can change. Travellers should check current official guidance for each destination and raise any accessibility, dietary or other material requirements early enough for suitable arrangements to be considered.

Cancellations, amendments and disruption

Cancellation and amendment rights depend on the services booked and the conditions of the relevant suppliers. Some tickets, fares, accommodation, experiences and event services may be non-refundable or may carry change fees.

If a supplier changes or cancels a service, Bhraman will assist with the options available under the applicable booking and supplier conditions. Any refund, credit, replacement or alternative arrangement will depend on those conditions and applicable law.

Liability and events beyond reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to applicable law and the terms governing a specific booking, Bhraman is not responsible for loss caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by the independent acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

Intellectual property and third-party links

The Bhraman name, branding, website design, written content and other original material on this website are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, photography and other material remain the property of their respective owners.

Links to supplier, social-media or other third-party websites are provided for convenience. Bhraman does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or security.

Governing law and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that apply to you.
